Bevis Funeral Home

Bevis Funeral Home was founded in 1964 by Russell R. Bevis, and remains an independent family owned funeral home. Rodney "Rocky" Bevis has worked in or been around the funeral home his entire life, and in 1998 he acquired the funeral home from his father. Rocky's daughter, Sarah, has joined her father in the funeral home and is the third Bevis generation to serve the community here.

Much has changed in the 40 plus years since Bevis Funeral Home was founded. We have acquired funeral homes in Bristol and Quincy to serve a wider area. The one constant over that time is that we at Bevis Funeral Home have had a single goal, that being to provide caring compassionate service to the families of our community. That goal is our duty at Bevis Funeral Home.

We feel that the duty to serve extends beyond the funeral home and our family and staff are active in many community organizations. Three organizations in which our staff are very involved are:
